Exceptions & Non-Eligibilities

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted when:

  • The unboxing video is not provided.
  • The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of wear.
  • Tags or original packaging have been removed, damaged, or lost.
  • The request is made after the 7-day period.
  • If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be done after receving product.
  • Processing time for approved refunds is up to 10 business days from the date we receive the item back.

Exchanges
